FAQs
How are posters and prints packaged for shipping ?
> All posters and prints are rolled and shipped in a round shipping tube unless stated otherwise.
When posters / prints are removed from shipping tube what is considered the best way to keep them from wanting to roll back up ?
> We have found that rolling the prints in the reverse direction and inserting them back into the tube for a day works well. Many customers mount then under glass or in a frame, in this case it is not a problem.
What type of paper are the posters printed on ?
> Unless otherwise stated all posters are printed on heavy poster stock paper similar to what you would see greeting cards or postcards printed out of.
How are packages shipped ?
> Most packages are shipped through regular postal service such as Canada Post or USPS although due to inter connecting agreements there may be times your package arrives through another shipping provider.
Do you ship worldwide ?
> Yes we do, as long as there is a means of delivery we will ship your order, however at some locations such as APOs and FPOs we will be unable to ship, in that case you may want to contact us or have your purchase shipped to a friends address.
What about customs duties, VAT and taxes ?
> The prices displayed are in Canadian dollars and are before taxes are added, with that said we only collect taxes in Canada. For our customers in other countries we do not collect tax for your country. When your package arrives there may be taxes, duties and related customs fees to be collected, these cost, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered or collected by fotopath design. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department of your country. For details and information about customs charges and taxes please contact the appropriate agencies in your country. The recipient and/or buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country, including insuring lawful import of our merchandise. We are not responsible for any orders which are confiscated by customs officials in the destination country.
How long does it take for my order to be sent out ?
> Orders are packaged and sent out within 1 to 2 business days, in some cases where things are not as busy they will be sent out the same day. The determining factor is when the order was received, before noon in many cases means it will be shipped out that day but for orders received late in the day will be picked and shipped the following day.
Do you provide a tracking number ?
> In most cases we will provide a tracking number for your order, you will receive this information once a shipping label has been printed and package has been picked up by the carrier. We have seen that for some destinations a tracking number can not be provided... not sure why, but it has happened, but very rarely. In cases like this you will be contacted to be made aware of the situation.
